Get yourself moving this Spring and help us raise vital funds to support our Mental Well-being work at West End Impact. Get yourself sponsored per brighter day - how many brighter days can you add up?
No matter what your level, 20 minutes can vastly improve your mental health. Exercise releases endorphins, pumps oxygen round your body, gives you a sense of achievement, and keeps you fit and healthy!
At West End Impact we have Well-being Wednesday with living life to the full (a CBT based support group), therapeutic art and drumming, mental health support Facebook group all lead by our trained experts with lived experience.
Sign up to become a Fundraiser via Virgin Money Giving.
When you sign up it'll ask you "What is your fundraising challenge?" Make sure you write 'moveforbrighterdays' (without spaces) and it'll link to this fundraiser automatically.
You'll get a personal link to share on your Social Media.

Our fundraiser will run from the 28th of March till the 9th of May, but there's no reason why you can't start early!
